Got a sundae which was just mint ice cream and oreo cookie which ended up being $15 in the end once you add all of the fees. They literally gave me a single Oreo that was broken into four pieces and put in the middle of exactly a single scoop of ice cream. Only reason they get 2 stars is because they didn't mess up my boyfriends order which was similar????

I ordered a love it they made me a like which is smaller but put it in a love it cup and charge me love it price . Make sure to check that you are not being taking advantage of people

This is the third time in a row that I've ordered a half gallon for my family and the container has come only 3/4's of the way full. We've been customers for years and don't mind spending the $, but the container should be full.

I love their ice cream, so does my fiancé. It's expensive though, so we tend to only get it every once in a while for a special treat. This time, they messed up my order and I did not get to try the cake batter n shake. Instead I got someone else's ice cream (small). So I called them, and the girl who picked up my call was very nice and respectful. Apologized for the inconvenience. She told me she would tell her boss what happened and ask if I could get the money back for the shake I didn't receive and that he would contact me the next day. Its the next day and I'm still waiting for the boss to call me to see if I can get my money back so I am kind of annoyed with the boss. If it wasn't for the mess up of the order it would've been 5 stars!

There were no mix ins, other than plopped on top. Absolutely not worth $14 for a bowl of plain ice cream.
