• 8/12/24My order is always great and has the perfect amount of add-ons mixed in. They don't slack on them. I get the same thing pretty often as a pick me up and it goes hard every time.

• 15/5/24the ice cream was really good but, none of the workers acknowledged my presence when I first came in. Only One of the three workers were busy with an order the other two were just talking when I first came in then they started helping other customer. Why couldn't One of them at least asked what I was there for andvif they were busy with other customer told me they would help me soon. I don't like having to wait several minutes when picking up an online order that is already prepared when your not even welcomed and just ignored for a while. I understand waiting if they are really busy but let people know you will help them soon.

• 7/7/25I asked for brownie pieces and they gave me chocolate chips instead. This is the second time they've given me a wrong order.
