Collins is the best fish and seafood. They are consistent in their preparation, freshness, good taste and portions. I enjoyed the Garlic butter shrimp with rice andFried frog legs. These people are thoughtful. They always remember to put the sauces, eating utensils and napkins in the bag.

The five pieces of catfish and ten shrimp were really well flavored. The cocktail sauce was okay but the tartar sauce was better . . mixing them together was best!5 Pieces Fish + 10 Shrimpcocktail sauce

Fish and shrimp comb was good. Greens were mainly stems and no seasoning at all. Fish was unbelievably small. Red beans and rice was tasty. This meal is made for a teenager. Sweet potato pie was made in bulk. Not for flavor. Overall I wont return. This meal is not price comparable. $40.00
