Commissary is a community deli, bakery, market, and espresso bar in the center of downtown Dallas. Our convenient location makes us a popular spot for breakfast sandwiches and bagels, as well as latte…
The crossiant is flaky perfection! And they are not shy with the amount of eggs and ham which is not always the case at other places. Always can count on the proportions to be fair and hardy from here. Really great Latte ! Also, the cutest little to-go coffee cup stoppers :)

The food is fresh and unique! The egg white sandwich w/ the most amazing chicken sausage is so good, I often think of driving downtown on the weekends for breakfast. As for the oatmeal with roasted bananas w / coconut it is so good! I have never enjoyed oatmeal so much since having it from Commissary! You have to try it!!

I have been ordering from this place for the past couple of years. And with every order, I becomes more impressed. I'm a sucker for Char Siu anything. But their Char Sui Bagel??? Probably the best bagel sandwich I've ever had. And I'm a Bronx native! Then the Cup of Tomato Bisque Soup?? There's a smokiness to it that I wasn't expecting but it was a delightful surprise. And to wash it all down with their Latte, Matcha is just the icing on the cake. I ordered mine with coconut milk and without any sweetener and it is perfect as it is. Order anything. Seriously. This place never fails.

The croque monsieur was very difficult to eat. First it was 4 inches thick. It would have been better if they had used a 2inch slice of toasted bread, then the ham under the egg and mornay. It was really difficult to slice. Flavor wasn't there.
