I placed an order with three dishes among them a Beef Dip. The order arrived without the dipping broth. I contacted the restaurant they apologized for missing the item the Manager offered me $30 to return next time. I was disappointed since I I was about to eat a DRY sandwich with not too much flavor. Instead the Manager herself brought the sauce and delivered it in 20 minutes!!! I'm very grateful and impressed with her as I know it's a busy time. Definitely appreciate customer service. Definitely recommend them and will be ordering from them again

I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup for almost $12 . The bowl was the size of a cup. The noodles were tiny and the chicken was shredded. It seemed like I received broth soup with a little bit of chicken and noodles in it. Not worth my money! Won't order again!

I will absolutely never go back. Barely any chicken and portion was very small for $14. Ordered for my workplace and everyone's order was horrible and some of the items were missing. Too expensive and doesn't taste good.

- Both meals were a bit bland and the portions were on the smaller side.
- Each meal was about $14 with the +$4 for the side of pancakes (2 stack)
- The most disappointing thing was that potatoes were not available with the meal after 11am so we had to sub it out for either a fruit cup or oatmeal.

Without fail, my order is ALWAYS missing something. Today not only was my toast missing, a big chunk of my $5 cookie was as well. Was it the restaurant serving a broken cookie or was it the driver?? Who knows but if the store actually took the time to CLOSE the bags instead of giving drivers the bags completely wide open and cookie bags completely wide open then maybe it wouldn't have been an issue. Forget about drinks , I've never once received my drink on delivery. Even juice boxes for the kids. The quality control here is ridiculous and no one responds to help.
