This was my third time ordering from Cousin Burger in West Chester, and unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. My first visit, I had the chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, which is why I came back. The last two orders have been disappointing.
This time I placed two Smashburger meals (burger, fries, and a drink) through DoorDash for self pickup. Here's what went wrong:
• Missing item: One of the two drinks was left out of the order.
• Fries: Very oily and clearly not drained properly.
• Burger: Small for the price, and the smashed patty was hard and rubbery. It tasted like it had been partly cooked earlier, left to sit, and then reheated. It was tough to chew and did not taste fresh at all.
I paid $32 for two meals and left very disappointed. For that price, I expect fresh food and a complete order. Based on my last two experiences, I'd recommend being careful before ordering here.

I never rate things but I have to say this was absolutely delightful! Both chicken tenders and double smash burgers were 10/10. The tenders are huge.

The Smash Burger was very good. Warm bun, delicious cheese, and a flavorful patty. While the Hot Chicken Loaded Fies are amazing. It's a great amount of heat for anyone who enjoys a nice kick. 10/10 would definitely order again!

The Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo was excellent, though it contained an excessive amount of sauce. The Chicken Wings were great. The Ribeye Cheesesteak Sandwich was wonderful, and both the Chocolate Shake and Strawberry Shake were delightful. The Cheese Fries were wonderful, and the fries were hot and crispy.The Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo is excellent, though it has too much sauce, but the chicken wings are great. The Ribeye Cheesesteak Sandwich is wonderful, and the chocolate shake is good. The strawberry shake is great, and the cheese fries are wonderful, hot, and crispy.

I ordered the Ribeye Cheesesteak Sandwich. I picked the selection for no onion. But they put onions on it anyway. Picked them out the best I could but ruined it for me. Payed $20 for it and they couldn't even follow that basic instruction.
