• 16/11/25My Chicken n' Dumplins had smallest piece of chicken, yes, singular. I got mostly broth. I'm so disappointed! The fried okra was great but considering what I paid for this meal, they don't make up for the rest.

• 7/2/24These chicken tenders were overcooked, dry, & hard. Almost no meat on any of them. If I had a picky eater, this would have been a disaster. The loaded baked potato was barely warm. It was hot at some point as the little bit of cheese & butter had melted. The broccoli rice casserole was mostly fried onions on top & one big piece of broccoli.

• 17/12/25☆☆SADLY, CRACKER BARREL'S NEW "NORM" IS CHARGING HIGH QUALITY PRICES for LOW QUALITY FOOD ☆☆
8 of 10 of OUR orders have been LOW QUALITY FOOD, PACKAGED/SERVED LIKE SLOP. First major BAD REVIEW because of respect for hardworking restaurant staff. But this is not a "BAD DAY" kind of thing. It is their new norm for take out anyway.
Barrel Cheeseburger* was literaly thrown into container, the Onion was not a slice. it was a 2" wide peice of the outside layer/under the peel. As pics reflect, there were only 5 to 6 PEICES of Steak fries.2 Fries & 3-4 scrap peices. Working restaurants is hard work & low pay so I only take time to make BAD reviews when a place has CONSISTANTLY serves BAD/LOW QUALITY FOOD for GOOD/HIGH QUALITY PRICES $$.
We've had experiences many other aweful orders, if their management would want to get info to improve services I'll gladly share info of why customers are leaving them. because we loved thier food & WERE longtime customers

• 28/3/26Chicken n' dumplins was well as my three sides (green beans, carrots, fried okra) were excellent and well packaged for delivery. Biscuits were soft and fresh.
