Now I usually love this place but I don't know what happened. The onion rings were super hard like stale hard. The shrimp wasn't fully cooked, it was a bit mushy and we didn't receive any of the sauces we ordered and had to pay for. POP( Chicken ) Combo2RED & 6SHRIMP and instead of just refunding my money they sent me something completely different because they were out of the 5 Pcs Popper with Cream Cheese

Wonderful meal good portions of rice and plenty of shrimp. Chicken arrived hot, crispy and juicy.

The chicken was just OK. I thought it was gonna be spicy as I requested. It is not very spicy at all. The onion rings were really bland. There was also terrible customer service! I attempted to walk into the business to pick up my food, and I could not open the door, no matter how much I pushed and pulled. I knocked on the door several times and no one replied, even when the girl at the register was standing there talking to someone in the kitchen. A customer had to tell me to pull the door extremely hard. I almost fell trying to open the door. When I approached the cashier, she was friendly, but it's just poor customer service when someone's knocking and trying to get into your business and you're too busy talking to your coworkers. And then I get home and the food is just OK.

Seems to me when I order in store at a certain time I get better quality food. This tom I ordered thru DoorDash for the first time and the quality was not the best. The 10 Pcs Calamari batter was falling off the calamari and the 6 pc shrimp seem to been sitting for a while and refried (I could be wrong) it just seemed that way. It could be the grease needed to be changed. I also hated that the combo I received was overly priced. In stored order is normally 18.99$ but in app it's 29.99$. If I didn't just have a baby and wasn't home bound I never would have ordered thru app. Honestly would never order here thru app again.
