These were the best cookies I've ever eaten! The Maple Glaze was heavenly! I had to order more the next day!

I've had Crumbl several times and this is the first time I've been disappointed. One of my cookies arrived undercooked and inedible. My dasher was great and quick, but the store itself dropped the ball this time. For the price, I'd like my cookies to be cooked all the way through.

2 of the cookies had little to no icing on them or the specified toppings. 1 of the cookies was raw in the middle and hard on the edges. Was very upset and would rethink about ordering again.

the cookies were very hard. I didn't get exactly what I ordered which is ok, but they were pretty whack besides the chocolate strawberry.

Friendly staff, the BEST chocolate chip cookies ever! I got the 6 pack and orders 4 chocolate chip and 2 strawberry cheesecake! Did disappoint.
