Absolutely the best cookies I have had in my life! They stay really moist for a long time and are always baked perfectly. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We ordered for an early Valentines treat... so glad we did. Everything was wonderful! We had the caramel cheesecake cookies, the strawberry Dubai brownie, and the strawberry cake. Yum!!! It was fresh, so good, beyond generous portions, and we will order again for certain! Our favs in the past have been the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake, the Nutella Cheesecake, & the Dubai Cookie. Always delicious. Always fresh. Always fast.

Wasn't sealed with the sticker, one cookie was frozen solid (it's one that is advertised as a soft cookie and we couldn't even cut into it with a knife), and there were greasy fingerprints all over the outside of the box and inside of the box, and the two cookies on the end of the row had the lid smooshed into them. So, there was frosting smeared on all sides of the inside of the lid and box. I have never had issues ordering from the other Crumbl location down by University Village. I won't order from this location again

man i tell u that biscoff cookie might be the best thing ive ever had in my mouth and ive had a lot in my mouth and that pumpkin pie cheesecake cookie orwhatever it was oh my GODDDD i am now a crumbl cookie lover the brookie one wasnt amazing to me but mom loved it

The cookies were great. The classic pink sugar cookie was our favorite and the iced oatmeal was really good too. Just wish they would've called about the one out of stock flavor instead of giving two chocolate chip
