This is second time where I've ordered here and not gotten what I ordered. Both times only 2/4 were available. Can we not turn off the mobile orders for the unavailable items? Or at least a note?

This is my second bad experience with this cookie crumbl location. They did not put any icing on my straw short cookie. Very disappointing!!
