I placed an order specifically for the special peppermint brownie that is available this week. I added the Mini 6-Pack honestly just to reach the free delivery minimum. While the cookies tasted great, I never got the brownie I ordered. I know peppermint is everywhere now, but I'm so sad I won't be able to try it since it's only available this week.

i ordered my cookie that had frosting and it was everywhere in the box. it was also very melty tasting and a little portion of icing.

The flavor was honestly really sweet it made me not even want to eat this. Imagine eating like all the candy in the world this cookie is that in one cookie. Honestly a place for diabetes if you ask me and the cookies aren't even really that good. I wouldn't recommend crumbl to someone even if they were into sweet things, I myself have a sweet tooth. Yet this product is distasteful, disappointing, and despicable. Not to mention they are truly overpriced for this monstrosity of a product(s)

I usually don't like to complain, but this is now the second time we ordering from this store, but im not sure what's going on that my past two orders the cookies didn't come the way they should usually come. Not enough chocolate, not really tasting as usually being really over cooked and just not the same taste it usually has. Oh not salt or even melted chocolate. Really disappointed and I hope this review could be checked and verified so this doesn't continue happening. I would have to have to switch stores because of it.
