3 out of 4 cookies were unfinished. No scoop or drizzle on the s'mores cookie, no sprinkles on the birthday cake cookie, no buttercream or syrup on the waffle cookie. The box was covered in goo when received

Great service was able to accommodate an order change at the last minute! Great customer service by Jena the MOD and the young kid (sorry didn't get his name) who helped out during pick up. Amazing service all around!! Thank you to the crumble team!! (In Lewisville)

I received Ice cold refrigerated cookies, one cookie crumbled so bad and tasted 2 days old I am very disappointed!
