This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this store and the quality of the cookies are horrible. We ordered specifically for the dubai choc brownie and the brownie part was wet ?? like it wasn't fully cooked. We didn't get the strawberry cheesecake. the double choc chip was burnt and the other cookies were stale. Just to clarify, this is the only crumble i've personally have had 2 bad experiences because the one in temescal valley by my dads house is GREAT every time, cant say the same for this location. And yes, I have pictures and videos and will be using for a tiktok video

The cookies looked great, however one of the cookies were on top of each other, the chocolate strawberry cookie was way too sweet. The waffle cookie was delicious, and the banana pudding was average, overall id say it's overhyped.

First time ordering theMini 6-Pack. Won't do that again. Disappointed. The 2 Single cookies do not look like the photo image. Very pale. Not bright pink.

First time we didn't care for these cookies. The strawberry cookie was not good. Tasted raw. The chocolatechocolate was just ok but was flat. Bad day at Crumbl.
