I ordered a box of 6 for my wife and I each one of us had a semi sweet chocolate chunk, a red velvet and the Valentine sprinkle they were amazing we ended up not even being able to eat all 3 of our own they were so filling.

The cookies are so good. I love the chocolate chip cookies they are my favorite. I would definitely order again. I think the cookies are really big and really good. This is my 2nd time ordering from here. The cookies are soft and not hard like they are in other stores.

Ordered the pump chocolate chip cookie but it was so burnt - it tasted horrible (pic of a chunk of it below). I have had this issue three times from this location now. It seems like this location doesnt make cookies with the same care that other Crumbl locations do. Standards are much lower and it shows in their product. Don't waste your money at this location. Its subpar.

The western hills location is a joke. Workers dont care whats going on. The cookies are sloppy looking and missing garnishments. I placed a simple order of 6 large cookies and received four large and 3 minis. If you're out of stock( which im guessing was the case) why not call and ask the customer? It clearly says to call for substitution.
And 3 minis dont replace two large cookies. I would have preferred a refund. Go in person and get your things. If you order they will send what they feel like. Poor quality, poor presentation, poor customer-service . Definitely not worth the $31.

I've never had the mini size before, but these somehow tasted less cooked than the larger size - which also taste unpleasantly under baked to me. I think the quality for the value is better at other establishments so I would not order this again.
