I ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies wrapped in happy birthday! The packaging was beautiful and the cookies were delicious!!

Crumbl isn't just the cookie it's the experience. My local store is so friendly and prompt and the store for my most recent dash order was great as well. Quality is awesome
No matter which store you go to.

2/3 of the mini cookies were good! Unfortunately this Biscoff cheesecake cookie tasted like sausage? I don't really understand what I'm tasting but it's reminding me of some sort of meat rather than a dessert so that was pretty disappointing.

Good cookies. Overpriced. Staff is usually really nice and welcoming. This specific order took a very long time and one of the employee's was really rude., I placed this as a door dash pickup order. I placed the order and arrived at the time the order was supposed to be ready. The staff serviced 3 walk ins before they even started my order. The rude staffer who prepared and handed me my order said "door dash order". Seems like they prioritize the walk ins over the order I placed online through my door dash app. It took over 30 minutes to get my 1 item order.
