The Niagara Falls location is terrible - my cookies are always ugly melted - side cookies are always smashed in the box and there is always frosting globs on the top and bottom of the boxes. This is my last order from this location. For the price of these cookies you should train your employees better

The mini 6-pack I ordered as a gift for my mom was delivered to the wrong house (Door Dash’s fault, not Crumbl’s) but it didn’t include the flavors of the cookies. She had no idea what she was eating - that seems like something Crumbl should provide for their customers!
