• 30/12/25Strawberry brownie is not quite baked. These are some huge cookies and packaged very well but cookie was kind of under baked overall it was not what I expected from crumble cookie. Perhaps made yesterday?... I am not going to order from Bellevue location again

• 21/11/23Cookies are delicious. Only complaint is that I'm not able to earn points with ordering on Doordash. I contacted customer service and you have to order through store, but delivery is way more expensive and was cheaper with DD

• 29/9/26I stoped ordering for a long time because the cookies started to get smaller, the taste of the cookies started to change and I couldn't justify the $32 after delivery and then add tip on top. I decided to try again a couple weeks ago and they were so good!!! I was happy and I couldn't wait for this week's cookie flavors. Today I placed my order and as soon as I opened the box my excitment turned to frustration. The cookies are so small, seriously there is more frosting then cookie. I tried a bite and my frustration turned to anger. I'm really disappointed and this is the last time I order. I want my money back and I feel like all the videos on YouTube are right.

• 17/6/25I ordered a 4-pack box and different cookies arrived than the ones I ordered. I placed this order on DoorDash and they didn't call me to tell me they didn't have the cookies and they sent me other ones.
