I had crumble twice.first time?it was a 6 pak.2 snicker doodles, 1 chocolate brownie, celebration,2 raspberry lemon type of cookie. it was cold so I didn't care for it much but makes sense since it had real fruit on top. the snicker doodle cookies were my favorite. got 4 pack a different time. 2 Snicker doodle cookies. one chocolate oreo cookie and a cheesecake cookie. everything was good minus the milkshake. not a fan of cold cookies or overly sweet cookies. will totally order again. love crumble.and wish they still had snicker doodle. would be nice if they said if certain cookies came cold or refrigerated.

This is not our first time ordering from crumbl and we usually like their cookies but this time it came overbaked, cripsy and oily. We like them when they were soft and chewy.
P.S. the oreo cheesecake isn't good it just tastes like undercooked cake and frosting and the lotus cookie tastes like coconut and doesn't have any lotus flavor.

My cakes were not cakes, no frosting in them, the portion size was terrible, for $23 I should have recieved the correct items, I won't order again, they were not fresh. This is terrible. I use to love Crumbl, I don't know what happened

The caramel sauce was all over my box. Making the side flaps sticky. But it happens since it is sauce. I really didn't care for the dubi cheesecake. The smores was amazing tho! Unfortunately I have 3 stars because they were all hard and extra crunchy. I know they r supposed to be some when crunchy and soft inside. But mine were crunchy all the way through. I sad

I got a raspberry cupcake cookie, a s'more cookie, and a chocolate shake cookie! All 3 were amazing! Highey recommend!
