When I opened it cookies were smashed together and most of the icing was on the box . My cookies barely looked like a cookie

The worst CRUMBL cookies we've ever ordered. Very disappointed w what we got! Waste of ALOT of money.

Hones yall Crumbl overrated. It's more like a cake than a cookie. HOWEVER, they're better than Insomnia and Midnight cookies. I'll be ordering again, just wish they had smaller portions.
