They packaged the cookies on top of each other which ruined the topping on the ones on the bottom. Also last time there were at least 10 pieces of fresh cut strawberries on each cookie, this time we were lucky to get two. Very disappointed and there are a mess to eat, the quality isn't consistent, and the flavor is not like the ones we got last month. We hope it's a one time deal and will give them one more shot to get it right. Otherwise bye bye crumble

The cookies have nice flavor to them. But unfortunately the middle is always like raw dough. They need to be cooked longer. 2/5 tap in if you want to!

Pretty mid cookies, given the hype. They're definitely big, but the flavor is nothing to write home about.
