The cookies tasted good but unbeknownst to me they had a promotion and were very busy. It took 30 minutes to get my scheduled pickup and the order was not filled properly. They did not give me the correct cookies I ordered.

We did not get the cookies we ordered. It wasn't the delivery driver's fault. It looks like Crumbl just packaged up the wrong things or put the label on the wrong box.
