• 25/6/25Bought two mini 6-packs. Some of the cookies tasted old, a bit dried out and crunchier than the usual Crumbl quality. Very disappointing, as usually fairly consistent. Dont think I'll order again. And they were all tossed about in the box, so smooshed and one top of one another.

• 21/8/24Cookies were okay. Sold out again of what we wanted, but ordered what they had anyways. Waited way too long for three $5 cookies in a box. Way later than pickup time in app. Why are pickup orders not on the pickup board? Unnecessarily chaotic.
