NE Clam Chowder Soup was delicious, thick, and rich in flavor.
Classic Veggie was such a disappointment. It was just a mess of stuff slopped and wrapped and tossed in a bag. My favorite sandwich for nearly 45years and I ended up tossing it.

Both sandwiches had very little meat and fillers the large number 9 looked nothing like advertised it was all bread with what looked like a small portion of meat and nothing else. I ended up takeing all the meats from both sandwiches and combing in a wrap i had at home. It was ridiculous. The bread was good but i thought i was paying for a meal not a starter. This practice of ripping off people because we can't complain to a servers face is despicable and needs to stop. I will likely never order from this chain again.

I've never had such a bad experience. the only sub that was decent was the meatball. steak and cheese had nothing in the sub. the italian either and wasn't made at all like ordered. basically ordered a loaf of bread for the steak and cheese and italian. i see know why they ask if you want to upgrade your sandwich. i would've gone to subway if i had known and i do NOT like them.

Meatball Sub was a mess loaded with sauce all over the sub roll. For the price you think they would package it correctly. Very disappointing with the quality as each delivery continues.

we order a number 9 and a pastrami and the number 9 was a total mess due to a large amount of oil that must have been used so half the small pocket was inedible
