Food is great but never prepared in time. My food is almost never ready when I come down, even after giving 20 minutes to prepare the food. They never prepare or complete my order until I come down to the kitchen

I ordered this sandwich with sourdough bread and it came on wheat. I absolutely HATE wheat bread and had to go to the store to buy bread for my sandwich. The sandwich content itself was good though.
