Chicken tenders were undercooked and still partially frozen. Fries weren't even cooked at all - maybe thawed. The blizzard I ordered came as just vanilla ice cream. Gravy for the chicken was cold like it was just sitting in the container in a fridge for months and looked so nasty. Wish I could post photos!

If you want a big juicy burger with a fair price, this place is great. But the sides are not the best.

My onion rings weren't in the bag. There was mustard all over the chili dog box and the chili dog itself looked awful with a few huge onion slices, barely any chilli and hardly any cheese. The heath blizzard had no spoon in it and was melted and wasn't even to the rim of cup. The New York blizzard looked ok. The chicken tender basket order was correct. 😒

no spoons, ordered Medium Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard® Treat and medium Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard® Treat, the cups are barely filled. no spoon provided to eat it.

Third time ordering from here and each time something was missing but it was like a dipping sauce or a straw something small, but this time no straw for the shake, no spoon for the blizzard, and all of the food was cold like it was sitting outside for a bit before it got picked up, the chicken strip basket there was no toast at all and even ordered extra toast and none of it came, didn't receive the drink that came with it, I asked for two gravy for the dipping sauce got one which whatever but it was basically ice cold, and the chicken strips were over cooked or to the very least they were cooked then left under a heat lamp for awhile they were awful. Ice cream was great just annoying I didn't get the utensils for it.
