I bought the Original Cheeseburger Signature Stackburger™ and the Chicken Strip Basket W/ Drink the food came hot and chicken was well seasoned. :)

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent order experience. I placed an order for the Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger™ Combo, but unfortunately, the burger was missing from the delivery. Upon contacting the restaurant, they claimed that the burger was included and mentioned the presence of surveillance cameras at the food counter. However, upon receiving the bag, I immediately noticed its small size, which raised concerns about missing items.
Regrettably, the restaurant did not offer an apology for the missing burger and lied. Furthermore, the portion size of the Spicy Crispy Chicken Wrap was exceptionally small, leaving me unsatisfied after just two bites. This experience has significantly dampened my satisfaction with both the order and the overall service provided by the restaurant.
Given these circumstances, I am hesitant to reorder from this establishment in the future. I believe that proper communication and accountability are crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction, which, unfortunately, were lacking in this instance.
