This is the second time this has happened at this location so I'm posting. I ordered 3 blizzards, 2 medium, 1 small . Both of the mediums had over half a cup of ice cream with very little toppings. I have my recipe where I paid for 1 medium Royal New York Cheese Cake Blizzard, I ordered extra Cheese Cake and PAID the extra for it( Never got it or any in it all) . The same one the other medium, just a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard. The small New Oreo Brookie Blizzard was the same . I think it's a problem with some of the staff not really caring what Product they are putting out . I think if I order and pay, I should get what I paid for . Like I said this is the second time this very same issue has happened.

I ordered a REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup BLIZZARD® Treat with Butterfinger and a peanut butter drizzle both of which cost extra. I received this MnM blizzard that looks like it's been sitting in the freezer for days. I am highly disappointed.

they didnt have the drink i wanted so instead of asking if i wanted to substitute it with something else they give me a water bottle inside a cup.

I got the Chicken Strip Baskets and it was great but also got a Misty Freeze and it was full of chunks of food.
