Found the Pretzels a bit chewy other then that most part it was good.

will forget to give items to drivers, or give you incorrect items with your order for pickup, staff needs significantly better training or management needs to do a reset with new staff that understand how to do their job properly, if front of house is this poorly managed I would hate to see how back of house runs.

The Ranch Grilled Chicken Wrap was good but the store had no peppermint bark for blizzard treats in stock which I was bummed at and had to settle for a substitute!

I have ordered the poutine twice and never gotten it, not even a phone call to say they can't make it or don't have it. Cooooool.
