Love their Mr. Misty float & chicken strip basket but had to nuke chicken strips for 30 seconds (no problem -- still as good as ever.)

I wish you could add fry sauce on the menu, for UT and Idaho peeps. I also wish you could customize shakes. Our son loves oreo shakes. It's on the higher side for fast food, but a treat for us when we do order. Also, if you have a starving student card, the amount of uses per each special is amazing! The food is always fresh and warm, even in the middle of winter. Our summers are very hot, 100-115F +, from March through Nov, but our ice cream is never an issue! It's a lot of food, but I still feel you pay more for this fast food. We split the Chicken Strip Baskets a lot as most of us can only eat half or less. Having shared portions helps justify the prices when we split up food.

They let us know they were out of vanilla icecream so they subbed my smores blizzard base for chocolate. When the ice cream arrived our strawberry angel food cake was also chocolate, despite saying I could sub my smores out for chocolate or strawberry? When the ice cream arrived it contained none of the s'mores ingredients and was two lump sums of chocolate icecream with strawberries in it and missing the angel food cake as well. Super disappointed in the lack of attention the employees seem to have and lack of care.

Strawberry flavor divine. Everything freshly, tho hot dog bun a bit tough. Yes, I would order again.

I paid for "extra" Reese's PB cup. It doesn't even have the regular amount in it. Looks and tastes like just vanilla ice cream. If I wanted vanilla ice cream I'd buy it for $2 from a store somewhere instead of paying $20 for two blizzards of straight vanilla ice cream.
