I love their onion rings cuz they stay crunchy after cooling. Most are limp and have to be refried. I eat very slowly cuz I can only eat a little at a time. I loved the frozen hot chocolate! The only complaint s they forgot my my bottle of water and napkin.
I just wish this location I could use the app to order instead to earn points I have to go up to Pelham.

I ordered the Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard® Treat and even paid extra for extra cheesecake bits. Instead, I got vanilla ice cream with some strawberry filling. Basically no cheesecake. This has happened five times now. Unfortunately, I'll have to stop ordering from here

I paid for large onion rings and it was definitely not a large. The blizzard had so much candy in it and not a lot of ice cream. The burger was good though.

Hot dog was completely burnt. Almost like a paste and the wait time for them to prepare was extremely long and inconvenient for both me and the dasher.
