Ordered for my nephews - they loved the ice cream treats, especially the REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup BLIZZARD® Treat and the DQ DQ® Sandwich - so I give it full stars - they were happy so I'm happy.

The M&M’S® Milk Chocolate Candies BLIZZARD® Treat and Choco Brownie Extreme BLIZZARD® Treat were great quality, and a good amount for what you pay! Only complaint would be regarding the Mint ® BLIZZARD® Treat ards, it was not fully mixed so there was a lot of mint flavoring on the top rather than fully throughout.

I ordered two helpings of Pretzel Sticks with Zesty Queso with no salt and extra queso on the side. They did honor the request for no salt, but I recv'd absolutely NO QUESO whatsoever!!! I was, of course, charged for the extra queso.
The other item in my order was a chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough BLIZZARD® Treat, personalized to exclude cold fudge, and ADD more cookie dough (obviously an upcharge). I took off the lid to stir the blizzard, and thought it looked a little 'anorexic'. I poured the blizzard into a bowl and became dejected. There was a grand total of 8 pieces of cookie dough in the entire large blizzard.
To say their quality control is sorely lacking is a gross understatement. It's going to be a VERY, LONG TIME before I order from this location, if at all.

Everything was still cold when it arrived! The estimated delivery time was about 45min because I live farther away from the store but it still arrived really cold. Both blizzards were delicious and made well.
