I love this place more than any other ramen restaurant in California!! It's a small hole in the wall spot but their food is absolutely top notch in quality, taste and their service is exemplary. Their noodles are always so flavorful and their Chashu is deliciously cooked as well. I especially like their Black tonkotsu ramen because they do not put too much black garlic sauce in it! Their woodear mushrooms are also fresh and have an awesome texture. Their Beef Gyoza is incredibly tasty because the beef and vegetables inside of them are different and higher quality than most gyosa you find at even higher end restaurants! Definitely give this place a try if you are a total ramen lover like me and want that home cooked feel!

Tried the GYUDON bowl because I was craving it and was so disappointed.. especially after paying $21+ for it! The cut of the meat was thick and overcooked. It was more like sirloin beef you get in a bowl of pho and it looked nothing like the picture that is displayed in the DD app with thinly sliced beef (traditional gyudon). I don't recommend the gyudon bowl, but their ramen is good.

I order the Red Tonkotsu ramen and it was excellent, delicious, and oh so good. Nothing bad to say about it. I have tried many ramen resWill ordans thisboneis on top of my list. Will order again.

I was hesitant to get the katsu because it was at 66% but this is delicious I'd definitely order it again.
