Burgers were half cartilage and tough as a rock fries were dry and tasted like old oil

I ordered this food for my parents who are elderly, they received tacos with potatoes and something else they never received therefore jumbo shrimp tacos
They just told me this yesterday. This is the reason for a late reporting.

They hooked it up at this del taco! Lots of meat and cheese on my Snack Taco Fiesta Pack tacos and burritos! The way its supposed to be. 😋

Everything was perfect, except one single thing. I'm not complaining, I just ordered for extra chips so I could have more chips. I got exactly the very small amount I would of got normally.
