They don't even look at the special request or extras you pay for!   PAID FOR EXTRA CHEESE ON ALL- did not even get the normal amount of cheese hardlu  any cheese, requested green sauce substitute but got RED.   requested  EXTRA GREEN SAUCE on the green burrito but got hardly any!     THE BEANS WERE ALL DRIES OUT AND THICK RELLY OLD! The tacos were at the bittom  of the bag and smashed, broken,    Half of the tortillas were hard on the edges as if  stored exposed all day.  The chicken burrito was so thin hardly any contents and  the hot sauces were obviously recycled used maybe from the dinknftabkes as the yaddeied food knthem and were all scrunched and a few were wet like xolaor ? Spilled on them.  I didnt order colas!!!!!!! Poor quality poor preparation, skimpy portions, old food product  like not stored  properly.  We Will never order here again they use to be quality and fresh it may be poor management and budget cuts reusing food products!   ,.

I've been buying from this place for a longtime. Today, the food was bad. The chips and fries tasted like old oil, the burritos had zero flavor, and the burgers were weird. It's not great when the best part of the meal was the beverage.

I basically order double everything in the burritos, seemed like the regular amount to me, other del tacos definitely had way more bacon, eggs & cheese when I PAY for extra

Don't waste your money on the NEW Shredded Beef Birria Ramen . the noodles were hard and inedible.  there There was zero meat and not nearly enough sauce to even try to eat it. I was very disappointed.  the NEW Shredded Beef Birria Quesadilla w/ Consomé Dip  was good. had plenty of meat.

I assumed when I ordered a Ranch Crispy Chicken Taco I expected actual chicken not just a tender. In the middle of a tortilla, very unsatisfied.
