The chicken was unfortunately quite soggy and not crispy at all, which was disappointing. I had ordered coleslaw, but instead received radish pickle without any prior notice or a reimbursement of the $5 difference. My family does not eat pickles, so it went to waste.
I would have appreciated a phone call to inform me that coleslaw was unavailable so I could choose an alternative. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope you can improve communication and quality in the future.

SECOND TIME I've paid for Extra add ons and I didn't receive them 🤦 paid $14.00 for a cup of chicken and the box was half empty 🤦Not ideal service

Chicken rice bowl was absolute waste of money tasted very odd but tenders n chips were good
