HALF TRAY , this is great pizza. This is old school pizza. Perfectly cooked pizza, it has a nice flaky crunch, the sauce is not sweet but has an excellent tomato taste. I'm Italian, this is the pizza I look for. This is completely opposite of a commercial pizza. Good job guys.

DiCarlos is my absolute all time favorite!! Crust has a perfect crisp Everytime, Never burnt or overdone at all. Toppings in each bite, they do not skimp. Staff is really friendly and down to earth and always busy.

Pizza was alright today. Never any consistency in doneness. Today it was still partially uncooked. Had to put in in the air fryer. We always get the full TRAY, so we can freeze some for later. We at least received all our extras ordered this time.

Ordered a full tray today. This is the best pizza I have had from there in awhile. The taste of the sauce is spot on and the crust is perfect tonight. This is the pizza I remember getting from downtown. Thank you!
