ribs other than Memphis Tennessee were the best I've ever had...& I've got 60 years experience of Bar-B-Q... I love the Turkey .. it tastes so freaking good. will order again & again

this hurts to say because the employees seemed like sweet people. The meats, sides, and even the sauce I received were not good. the chicken was so incredibly dry. i could see space between the meat fibers in the chicken. the pork ribs I ordered were replaced by sliced brisket, which normally is a great replacement, but the brisket was nowhere near fresh and was overcooked/dry and chewy. it even had that rainbow hue on the meat indicating it wasn't made today (maybe even before yesterday...). I've never experienced this before, but the sauce was way too salty. I hardly ever complain about things being salty because I like some salt on my meal, but this was a bit much, even for me. the pulled pork was decent at best, probably also not fresh. the potato salad was not enjoyable, and the beans were decent. I'd be livid if I had to pay full price for this food, but thankfully, they had a deal.

Normally excellent food meats tender, fries great, and beans always on point. This time the meat brisket, both sliced and chopped fatty like 1/3 of the sandwich was fat. Inedible almost. Everything else was great. Will order again but will probably not get the chopped or brisket at end of day. Fatty fat fat...

The 3 Meat Plate was so filling. The turkey was moist, the brisket was succulent. I was very pleased and made them a favorite.

Received very small portions compared to what you would get if you are there. Ordered a three meat plate and received 3 small slices of brisket, 2 pork ribs with little meat, and 4 very small slices of turkey. In addition the roll was hard and cold. I paid $20 plus door dash fees. I would like a refund please.
