I don't think I got what I ordered. It was supposed to be like a bluish purpleish drink and I got a red drink. I just don't believe I received what I actually ordered. It does taste good though so it's not that it's bad. I just don't feel like I got what I paid for.

Love the flavors of their Hokkaido coffee, however they forgot to add the boba, which really enhances the drink for me. it was also an extra charge for boba. it was on my receipt and sticker on my drink, but no boba was to be found. Otherwise, fast and delicious

The picture for the LYCHEE SLUSH has toppings in the drink. However, when we received it, the drink had no toppings. The staff said it doesn't come with toppings. Please fix the description or the picture as it is misleading.

Strawberry snow had no cream cheese wall. And no crème brûlée topping on the Thai tea. Very disappointing
