I ordered the shrimp dinner. Fries were good. Cole slaw soupy but tasty but the shrimp....WAY over fried. I have the fondest memories of Dixie Fried. I've been going there since it opened. Shrimp were always top notch. Not now. They were small thus the need for a quick cook. Since the new owners I've had chicken & dumplings and they were nowhere near as good as they always were. I'll give them another chance bc it could have been a one off on the shrimp. I sure hope so.

The 12pc Wingettes were delish as were the Sweet Tea and Lemonade. My only complaint is the Liver dinner one had one of the two sides I ordered. Tasted good though and was well packaged. Will probably go in person in the future though so I can check my order.

The wings were overcooked and hard and there wasn't 20. And despite the picture there isn't fries. And my brownie was missing.

This is my second time trying Dixie the first time I was highly disappointed the chicken was dry, but this time the food was on point!!!! The chicken was fresh and we had the 8piece dark and the corn nuggets and hush puppies much better. I will definitely be recommending this establishment now thank you!!!
