• 5/1/25I am so disappointed with this order. This is my kid's favorite place to order from, but lately it's not been great. For today's order, I got 3 Cuban sandwiches (1 regular and 2 no pickles no mustard), an order of plantains for $7, and a mango smoothie. Well all 3 sandwiches were covered in mustard. I tried to wipe it off but it was soaked into the bread and the pernil. My kid has a geographic tongue and condiments / vinegar burn his mouth so he couldn't eat either of his sandwiches. I checked the order to make sure I didn't make the mistake and it says it clearly. Next, my $7 plantains were only 1/3 of the container and there were only 7 slices!?! That's $1 per piece! A plantain in the store is only $1 and it gives way more than 7 tiny slices. While I understand inflation and trying to keep making the menu more cost effectively this is really ridiculous. The portions are not worth the sale price. This has happened alot whether we order delivery or go into the cafe.

• 18/10/24I really wanted to like this based on the reviews. My Chicken Vegetable Soup was bland. My beef empanada was just fried dough there was almost no beef in it. And they forgot my rice. The sweet plantains were good hence the 3 stars.

• 28/12/25I did not receive my baked ground beef empanadas, I received some type of sugary ones. I also explained in English & Spanish the difference of what I was supposed to get vs what I got. They need to sharpen their translation skills for the menu. 2nd time ordering from this place and I will not be back.
