The thin crust was really thin. Good flavor though!

I know why this pizza was on sale. Obviously not fresh, and overcooked. I couldn't eat it.

Just for future reference: the salt on the anchovies is for curing to keep it fresh for packing. Prep the anchovies by rinsing off the salt & dab lightly. its got an umamit flavor without ALL the saltiness which overrides the food flavors
