The DH Special Breakfast Sandwich was a real standout. With a nice green spread that added some good vegetal background to the egg patty and melted cheese. I would have preferred a crispier bacon, but since this was a delivery order, I could remedy that.
The Conchas here are first rate, nice pillowy softness in the slightly sour bread that keeps for a few days in a plastic container, with a nice crunchy and sometimes colorful exterior/top. Great dipped in a cup of strong Coffee , which Dos Hermanos definitely provides. While I don't drink sweetened coffee, they included both pure honey and sugar packets.
Their take on a Bavarian Pretzel is pretty good; maybe not the best I've ever had but a real nice "fresh" option.
The only items I've had at D.H. that haven't been my favorite are a few of the cookies. The Oatmeal Raisin Cookie is too crispy for my taste, and I've also bought a gluten-free almond cookie in person before. That one was really rough, but softened in a hot beverage. In contrast, I do love their snickerdoodle and many of the pastries I've tried so far.
The only thing left? Trying out LUNCH sandwiches. :)

Oh my god. Oh my god. Insanely delicious, HUGE portions. So good. Bless yall for making this food. Would order again for sure! Tu Mero Mole was PERFECT

The chicken sandwich was over stuffed which made the bread completely soggy and unfortunately inedible. Shouldn't be for takeout, probably best to eat there. The salad has great flavor but it is not chopped enough. Whole tomatoe slices and big sliced American cheddar cheese, missing avocado.

This place is excellent. Everything is so good, from the bread to the pastries, to the breakfast sandwiches and now the regular sandwiches and salads. I had the Tu Mero Mole today and I just can't. I hardly ever do reviews, but this place has exceeded expectations every time.

DH Special Breakfast Sandwich was alright though the bacon on isn't very good. All the pastries tried were disappointing Cruffin Vegan Apple Galette Croissant, Chocolate this was the second time we've had Dos Hermanos, the first being last year at the farmers market, and we were generally left unimpressed.
