Cream in coffee was sour and made the coffee undrinkable. Just getting a bit disappointed in Dunkin recently. Dunkin has always been my go to place for the perfect cup. Wish they could compensate when customers dissatisfied. Certainly not Door Dasers fault.

This Dunkin' has never been great. But lately they've been extra bad. Half the time they don't even include a straw in the bag with your drink. Asking them to toast a muffin or a croissant is a waste of time because they never bother to do it. And pretty frequently your baked goods will show up old and hard. Disappointing.

Paid for a large matcha got a medium also paid for extra cheese on my sandwich got one slice of cheese.

2nd time I've ordered plain bagel minis. And you've given me everything bagel minis and my child is allergic to the seeds. Not sure how plain bagel minis can't be added to the order if it's on the ticket.
