Coldbrew had a sticker over the straw hole so when I peeled it off and put the straw in, paper from said sticker got into my drink, they've never did this before and it makes no sense to do this. simply because it doesnt protect the drink, the lid can be taken off if that was their intent. Better to use two stickers to prevent the lid from coming off if avoiding tampering with the drink is their motive. Otherwise everything was good.

it was less quantity for a medium hot coffee. But charged me for a medium size. also it was room temperature.

They ignore what you request and throw in random doughnuts even though you specifically ask for what they regularly have available!
