I'm starting to enjoy Dunkin better than Starbucks. It's cheaper, and it tastes GREAT! Dunkalatte™ was perfect to what I wanted and the Loaded Hash Browns were amazing!

I've always liked Dunkin' Donuts, but I feel like there has been a change in the donuts. They seem harder, smaller, and less fresh, even when I order them in the morning. And I've tried the breakfast wraps, but unfortunately, the wrapped themselves are always microwave hard. So they would be good if they were cooked correctly, but on two occasions, meaning the only times I've tried them, I have been disappointed. But I enjoy the breakfast sandwiches like the Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich which is always good. So I guess I'd really like to know what's going on with the donuts?

The hot chocolate, which is usually very good ,basically tasted like warm milk so something was missing today. And the one doughnut I got was surprisingly stale especially for early on a Saturday morning. But the sweet bacon egg and cheese croissant was very good. I was just disappointed because usually everything is good or at least better than what I got today

The pink ones were supposed to be strawberry sprinkles. I requested glazed ones as well, but they were out. Donuts didn't even taste fresh. This wasn't the first bad experience with this store, but it will be my last....

Apparently the staff here can't count to 10. Ordered 10piece munchkin for my kiddos, says it all over the order. Received 5 in an unsealed box.
