I wish they would do a better job of sealing their items. The bag was wide open and although they did put the sticker over the straw hole, the lid wasn't sealed. They also usually forget to give me a straw with my drinks. The drink itself and the egg bites are delish!

Half Dozen Donuts Matcha Latte  
wrong donuts, and while the last time we ordered matcha lattes (last week), they were good but this time they taste like warm water mixed with a little matcha power and heaping helping of disappointment and wishing I had ordered from Starbucks instead.

Every time I order egg and cheese on an English muffin, it's extremely burnt and inedible. I have ordered this many times thinking it's a fluke thing. Unfortunately not. Idk why... when you go through the drive through it's always good. Such a shame...

Was only given 4 out of the donuts I ordered. Not too upset. It still tastes delicious and fresh. I would definitely still order again tho!!!!
