I selected some sweeteners and whatnot thinking they were gonna give them to me in those little packages but noooooo, they decided to pour all of them into the coffee. wanted to do it myself, now it's really sweet although it's banging ngl.

I ordered a large coffee with one cream. I got a coffee that looked like cream only. I don't understand how they serve that. So wasn't happy had to throw it out. One cream is not supposed to make the coffee look like cream!! Most of the time they do get it right. But when you pay almost 5 dollars for a coffee and have to throw it out it hurts!

My bagel was burnt, hard as wood. I asked for it to be lightly toasted. My coffee roll never came. Hash brows were disgusting, tasted freezer burnt. The donut was soft in some spots, hard in others. Hot coco was good..... wouldn't recommend this location to anyone for any reason other than hot coco!
