This was not a great experience  They were out of the Bacon & Cheddar Omelet Bites so I chose the bagel minis. They didn't refund me the difference, and the bagel bites were cold and hardly toasted. The Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon was cold, limp and there only a few tiny pieces!! For the price, it was really disappointing. Overall a very underwhelming experience from a usually good location.

My chai Iced Chai Latte was fulled with ice so that kinda sucked paying 7$ for drunk thats just ice. Tastes how i want it to though, probably wouldnt order again if its just gonna be filled with ice everytime.

Hard untoasted bagel with barely any cream cheese. It's my one meal of the day so im disappointed

asked for two everything bagels with cream cheese but received plain bagels they were also stale and not toasted and one bagel also had a dab of cream cheese not even any on it. sort of disappointed with our food . coffees were delicious though great job on the drinks 😊
