they don't fill the matcha up enough but it was still good I recommend getting a medium when getting Iced Matcha Latte

the hot tea was stufed into a bag big enough for 2 large frozen coffees ( which were not even made right ). Half of the tea was all the bottom of the bag and frozen coffees. my wife had just enough tea left for a10 Oz cup. she ordered an extra large. The frozen coffees taste nothing like coffee. I can't even describe how they taste.

Asked for a cotton candy donut and in replacement gave me the worst donuts in the store. Asked for no egg and the cheese looks like it could poison me upon consumption.

I wanted a vanilla frosted, strawberry and cotton candy--which is a specialty donut and costs more.They gave me 3 chocolate frosted, nothing close of what i asked for and didnt ask if i wanted a refund or any other type of donut. I am severely disaponted with this order and will not be ordering from this dunkin. I wouldve just gotten a refund.

They put the frosted donut upside downn the bag instead ofeaving the frosting up. Everything else was fine.
